Moxerin is owned and operated by Guangzhou Youxian Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd. Please review product details, dimensions, delivery estimates, and the total shown at checkout before placing an order.

Pricing and order confirmation

Product prices and available payment methods appear at checkout. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; fulfillment confirmation follows verification and availability. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will offer an appropriate solution or refund for that item.

Changes and cancellation

Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible after ordering. We will accommodate requests while an order has not entered fulfillment; after dispatch, use the return process. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, offer a revised date, and let you accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Shipping and returns

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy provide full details.

Problems with an order

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us with the order number and relevant photos. We will work toward a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy at no additional cost to you for our error. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
