Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unassembled where practicable, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and included parts. Reasonable inspection does not remove your rights for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item. Any product-specific nonreturnable restriction must be disclosed on the product page before purchase and does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Start a return

Email service@moxerin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item, reason, and photos where relevant. We will review the request and send return instructions and the appropriate return warehouse address. Do not send returns to the business registration address or ship an item before receiving instructions.

Return shipping costs

For a preference-based return, the customer pays the return shipping cost, which depends on the carrier and destination. For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, we will arrange a suitable replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

After an authorized return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the credit. For an unshipped canceled order or an issue that does not require a return, we will initiate the applicable refund promptly. If your refund does not appear after the stated period, contact us so we can investigate.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. We can accommodate a cancellation before fulfillment begins; after dispatch, follow the return steps above. For exchanges, contact us first so we can confirm availability and the correct process.
